Michael is a Technology & Software Engineering Leader, currently building out engineering teams in Vietnam as the Head of Engineering, Vietnam at Mantel, an Australian next-gen consultancy pioneering AI-first solutions.
With a wealth of experience leading teams building innovative digital experiences, Michael bridges his technical and interpersonal skillsets to form & work with high performing, engaged teams that focus on engineering quality, speed of delivery and business outcomes.
Outside of work, he is passionate about volunteering and helping communities close to his heart through Strategy Consulting, Technology, Advocacy and Fundraising. He serves on the Community Advisory Panel for The Children's Tumour Foundation and as a Committee Member for Trigeminal Neuralgia Association Australia.
