Michael is a People & Product focused Software Engineering Lead.

With a wealth of experience building mobile & web apps across a number of industries, he bridges his technical and interpersonal skillsets to form & work with high performing, engaged teams that focus on engineering quality, learning, transparency & speed of delivery.

His skill set covers a broad spectrum of the software development landscape including Mobile (Native & Cross Platform), Web, UI/UX design, CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing, Software Architecture, Project Management and Delivery. He enjoys working with high-calibre, cross-disciplined teams creating easy to use software for customers and enjoys working between the intersection of technical, product and business.

He is passionate about volunteering and helping communities close to his heart through Strategy Consulting, Technology, Event Planning and Fundraising. He serves on the Community Advisory Panel for The Children's Tumour Foundation and as a Commitee Member for Trigeminal Neuralgia Association Australia.
